Appointments are booked online through Squire, by phone, or on WhatsApp. Because we take one client at a time, we recommend booking ahead. When you book, please choose the service that best matches what you want — if you're unsure, pick the Guided Cut or ask us first.
Plans change — we just ask for reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment through your Squire confirmation or by messaging the studio. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect future bookings.
If you're running late, message us. We'll do our best to still see you, but to protect the next client's time we may need to shorten the service or reschedule if the delay is significant.
Prices are listed per service and confirmed at booking on Squire. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and in the studio. Prices may change; the amount confirmed when you book is the amount that applies.
We only collect the details needed to manage your appointment and contact you about it — your name, phone, email and booking history. We don't sell your information. Booking and payment are handled by Squire under their own terms and privacy policy; messages you send us on WhatsApp or Instagram are handled under those platforms' policies. If you'd like us to update or delete the contact details we hold, just ask.
We welcome honest reviews from every client, with no incentives and no filtering by how positive they are. Reviews submitted on our site are screened only for spam and inappropriate content before they appear.
